Gaby Thanscheidt, Project Management “IndianSwanLake”
As an event manager, Gaby Thanscheidt has many years of experience in organising major international events as well as cultural projects such as YoungStage Leverkusen. She is fascinated by the interaction of people from different cultures.
Dr. Go Yamamoto, Artistic Advisor / Admin. Assistant
The violinist and Doctor of Musical Arts Go Yamamoto assists the artistic director in matters of historical performance practice. This includes researching programs, procuring and preparing performance material in consultation with Werner Ehrhardt. He also assists with the organization of concerts and tours, and has been an integral musician with l'arte del mondo since 2013.
Gabi Thiel, Project Management “IndianSwanLake”

Gabi Thiel has a wealth of experience in managing a wide range of cultural projects, including organising the “Festive Days of Early Music Cologne” in collaboration with Deutschlandradio, co-founding the Rommerskirchen Art and Culture Association and actively engaging in intercultural exchange with Indian cultural institutions since 1980.
Linda Ehrhardt, Financial Accounting
Linda Ehrhardt worked for Concerto Köln from 1986 to 2003, including 14 years as managing director and as head of the artistic operations office. She provided the impetus for the concrete organization of the enterprise l'arte del mondo, and is in charge of bookkeeping and the financial side of operations for the ensemble.
Werner Ehrhardt, Artistic Director
Conductor and violinist Werner Ehrhardt, one of the great pioneers of the German authentic soundscape scene, specializes in historical performance practice. He is the founder of Concerto Köln (1985) and, later, of l’arte del mondo, whose fortunes he has steered in a highly creative and innovative manner since 2004. Mr. Ehrhardt represents an unmistakable historically informed interpretation of orchestral and vocal works, musical-intercultural encounters and the revival of forgotten compositions.

Bernd Ehrhardt, Music Librarian
As l’arte del mondo is known for its (re)discoveries of forgotten and unknown compositions, especially from the Baroque, Classical and early-Romantic periods, former double-bassist Bernd Ehrhardt is in charge of its considerable collection of manuscripts and performance materials. He has done indispensable work typesetting and creating modern editions.
